About Krush Evaluations
Krush Evaluations was founded to support school districts in providing timely, high-quality psychoeducational evaluations. With extensive experience in school-based practice, the focus is on delivering services that are practical, collaborative, and aligned with the needs of students and school teams.
Services are provided in person, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication.
Kelly Rushford, EdD
Krush Evaluations Owner
Kelly’s passion for working with children and supporting their growth began early, when she volunteered as a student teacher assistant for a kindergarten student with autism. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to education and helping students reach their full potential.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Cortland, followed by a Master of Science and Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology from Niagara University. Kelly later completed her Doctorate in School Psychology at Loyola University Chicago, further strengthening her expertise in assessment and intervention.
Kelly brings extensive experience as a school psychologist to the Krush Evaluations team, with a specialized focus on psychoeducational assessment. Throughout her time as a school psychologist, Kelly has dedicated her work to conducting comprehensive, high-quality evaluations that are both clinically sound and practical for school teams. Kelly is known for delivering clear, parent-friendly reports with efficient turnaround times, helping districts meet timelines, reduce backlogs, and make timely, informed decisions for students.
Her professional interests include autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and comprehensive evaluations that directly inform eligibility, intervention planning, and educational programming. She is passionate about collaborating with school teams and families to ensure each evaluation leads to meaningful, actionable outcomes.
Outside of her professional work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, their four teenage children, and their two dogs. She is a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan and enjoying exploring local craft fairs.
